Job Description Summary
Reporting to the Chair of the department of Biomedical Sciences (BMS) in the School of Veterinary Medicine, the selected candidate will support the day-to-day operations of the BMS Business Office.
Job Description
Specific Responsibilities:
Assist with organizing office space and disposing/archiving old paper files
Purchase order requests
Invoice payments, PO encumbrance cleanup and closeouts
Follow up with vendors/invoices issues
Assist with events, seminars, faculty candidate visits
Other duties as needed and small projects
This position will be required to report in-person.
