UNM Information Technologies is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join a dynamic support team to enhance student success at the University of New Mexico using the University's CRM (Constituent Relationship Management) solution, Salesforce.
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day management and support for the University's CRM (Constituent Relationship Management) solution, Salesforce. The administrator will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining the platform, ensuring data integrity, and enhancing the user experience. They will work closely with third-party vendors and collaborate with cross-functional teams for their specific needs within the context of the shared Salesforce instance.
The successful applicants will have good communication skills, expertise in one or multiple CRM application development/integration/automation, and a clear sense of customer service. A thorough understanding of the values, practices, security, and procedures found in a higher education environment, and a commitment to mentoring and developing technical staff are also desirable.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate integrations, including collaborating with Salesforce Developer to oversee and manage integrations and ensure data synchronization and a unified view of customers and operations.
Bachelor's degree; at least 1 year of progressively responsible experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution and/or experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified may be interchangeable on a year-for-year basis.
