Job Purpose:

Ensure accuracy of financial records by the verification of revenue streams, reconciliation of bank statements, and auditing of credit card transactions.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed verification of revenue from various sources to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to revenue data.
• Conduct reconciliations of company bank accounts.
• Identify and resolve bank deposit discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Verify and reconcile credit card transactions and statements.
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and/or annual financial statements.
• Provide support for audits by preparing required documentation and explanations.
• Other tasks as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in accounting with a focus on revenue verification, bank reconciliation, and credit card verification.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
