Job Description
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Technical Experience Requirements:
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
• Previous experience with an ERP system (Oracle/SAP preferred)
• Understanding of GAAP
Qualifications:
• 2 year’s experience with ability to succeed in a deadline driven and fast paced general ledger accounting environment to include performing monthly financial closings including account reconciliations.
• Proven characteristics of consistent accuracy and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and independent
• Strong multi-tasking, interpersonal and organizational capabilities
• Pro-active attitude with regard to identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
• Ability to analyze problems, determine and take the correct course of action and/or recommend actionable suggestions for change.
