Qualifications:

· Flexible, able to adapt to frequent changes

· Careful, organized, accurate, detail-oriented

· Strong character

· Able to interact professionally with the President and other Clerks

· Accounting/Financial background preferred

· Associates’ Degree in a business related field preferred, but not required

· Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred, but not required

Job Responsibilities:

· Process invoices in a fast paced work environment utilizing a purchase order system

· Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment

· Distribute signed checks as required

· Answer all vendor inquiries

· Maintain accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and corporate accounts payable files

· Assist Corporate Financial Officers as necessary

· Work closely with the Accounting Department

· Assist in monthly closings

· Prepare analysis of accounts, as required

· Perform filing and copying
