Hermitage Hall (a UHS company) is one of Middle Tennessee's largest stand-alone psychiatric residential treatment Hospitals. Licensed by Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services as a mental health residential treatment center for children and youth, Hermitage Hall has provided services to families for over 30 years.
We are currently looking for a Clinical Program Manager to join our team of dedicated professionals. This role requires a full background check including fingerprint, drug screen, and employment verification.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Clinical Program Manager will assist the development and management of clinical services through supervision of Clinical Department, and Testing and Assessment Services. Assists in the oversight of appropriate development and implementation of individual treatment planning, and appropriate discharge planning for residents. Assists in supervision of assessment and evaluation services. Assists in Coordinating and facilitating clinical meetings.

QualificationsEducation and Experience:
Master's Degree in the social services field.
Minimum of three years experience working with emotionally disturbed individuals preferred, and preferably in a residential juvenile sex offender setting.
One year experience in psychosexual, psychological and psycho-educational evaluation, preferably with children and adolescents.
One year experience working with sex offenders is preferred and working in a residential treatment setting for one year is also preferred
Must be very familiar with treatment planning and working in a managed care environment
Knowledge and experience in individual, group and family therapy preferred.
Knowledge of risk assessment, community reintegration, family therapy, family education and family needs assessment preferred.
Experience in treatment planning preferred. Must have ability to communicate positively and effectively with residents, families, staff and outside agencies.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team with regard to time management, timeliness, paperwork / documentation requirements and specific job duties.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Licensed Psychologist / Licensed Clinical Social Worker / Licensed Professional Counselor or licensed in a related social science.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
