Universal Energy Solutions is seeking a motivated and results-driven Energy Sales Representative to join our team. As an Energy Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our sustainable energy solutions to residential and commercial customers.

Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct energy assessments to understand customer energy needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers and project managers, to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of energy solutions.

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales, preferably in the energy industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

• Knowledge of energy solutions and energy management principles.
