Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Growth Sales Manager to join our team. In this remote position, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base in the financial services sector, with a focus on insurance sales. This role is commission-only, providing you with the opportunity to earn based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition and Growth: Identify and pursue new clients in the financial services industry, with a primary focus on insurance products.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Leads Generation: Utilize leads provided to drive sales, eliminating the need for cold calling, door-to-door sales, or network marketing.
• Training and Development: Receive comprehensive training to enhance your product knowledge and sales skills. Must obtain an insurance license as part of the onboarding process.
• Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

• Insurance License: Must obtain the required insurance license.
