This position is full-time (40 hours / week), Sunday - Saturday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 6:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.

We offer weeks of paid on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be aligned with your scheduleor will be discussed on your first day of employment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise daily / weekly / monthly activities of a team members
• Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion and performance goals are met
• Coordinate work activities with other supervisors, managers, departments, etc.
• Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes, expertise, and judgment
• Provide coaching, feedback, and annual performance reviews as well as formal corrective action

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 2 years experience in Customer Service
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
• Exceptional phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Customer focus and adaptability to different customer situations
• Ability to learn new and sometimes complicated systems.
• Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 6:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST from Sunday - Sunday including the flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends based on business need

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 years experience in Customer Service
• 1 years of experience in a leadership role
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet production and quality goals.
• Ability to work in a collaborative atmosphere.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to multi - task including the ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product

Telecommuting Requirements:

• Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
• Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
• Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
