We're looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our client: a VC-backed Insuretech startup. If you love helping people and solving problems, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Assist clients via phone, email, and SMS quickly and kindly.
• Interpret and analyze insurance policies, cancellations, and endorsements.
• Work with various insurance products and portals like Progressive, Safeco, and more.
• Use CRM software and in-house tools to manage customer needs.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

What You Need:

• 2-3 years of P&C insurance experience.
• Active Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a startup environment.
• Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Compensation:

• Base salary starting at $47.5k, increasing to $50k after 3 months.
• Uncapped bonuses for up-selling and cross-selling.
• Earn 4% commission on total written premiums.
• Bonuses for extra hours and participation in contests and incentive programs.

Nice to Have:

• Active licenses in 40 states.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish.
