The Accounts Payable Clerk I is a part time accounts payable clerk that supports the accounting team. This position requires strong professional communication with vendors as well as the business team.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring complete and accurate new vendor setup
Responsible for complete and accurate new EFT setup for new or existing vendors
Meet continual deadlines and multitask
Provide excellent service to all partners and team members
Responsible for maintaining effective and professional relationships with partners, team members and guests including professional email communication
Performs other duties as requested or required by supervisor
Key Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Excellent with data entry and 10-key
Knowledge in Accounts Payable
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written
Ability to function as a team member and get along with others
Ability to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits and attitude
