- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate teams and influence change.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence key stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working in regulated industries and familiarity with quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Certification(s) in quality management preferred.
- Experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals) highly desirable.
