Assist in executing the Company’s patient and employee quality assurance initiatives Research/investigate patient and employee experiences with the Company, which will include:o Conducting telephone and in-person conversations with patient inquiries and employment applicants tobetter understand their application/on-boarding experienceso Conducting telephone and in-person conversations with existing patients and employees to betterunderstand their experiences with the Companyo Conducting telephone and in-person conversations with departing patients and employees to betterunderstand their reasons for departure Address corrective measures as needed Identify key trends and provide detailed reporting to executive team on research findings
High school diploma Excellent customer-service skills Excellent interpersonal skills (enjoys talking to people on the phone for extended periods of time) Detail-oriented One or more years of experience in similar role preferred Proficiency in Microsoft suite, including Excel
