Remote Customer Service Representative (Patient Representative)

Full TIME(Paid Training)

Monday - Friday 4 days 9am-7pm and 1 day 11am-8pm

$15-$16 per hour MONTHLY BONUS OPPORTUNITY TO EARN UP TO AN ADDITIONLAL $1,000 QUARTERLY BONUS

Pay increase at 30 & 90 days

Job Description

UCB is looking for a positive and professional Customer Service representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be our customers’ first point of contact, responsible for delivering the best in class customer support experience.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • · Take incoming calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their questions and concerns.
  • · De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, while offering patient assistance and support.
  • · Maintain and update all customer communications
  • · Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a customer’s questions
  • · Bilingual - a plus

  • · Have ability to offer excellent customer service
  • · Have ability to answer a high volume of calls.
  • · Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • · Have good written, verbal, active listening, and phone communication skills
  • · Have ability to handle stressful situations and maintain a calm composure
  • · Have good computer skills
  • · Have ability to work independently
  • · Have ability to type 25 or more words per minute
  • · Have High School Diploma or equivalent
