Job Summary:

As a Financial Analyst you will facilitate assigned projects by tracking, calculating fees and assessments, reconciliation of contract discrepancies, payments, general analysis, and research within your department. This position assists supplier, vendors, members, operators, and internal contact with questions on processes and results. There is heavy emphasis on tracking analysis of trends to support maximizing earnings across the company. You may also serve as a liaison between users and developers, setting and communicating goals, and evaluating and refining results.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Produces reports, timelines, and graphics to communicate expectations and progress to management, customers, investors, and other relevant parties.
• Maintains and ensures proper documentation of financial payments and payout reports.
• Reconcile supplier payment vs. Member accrual, research and resolve any discrepancies, and ensure appropriate corrections are made.
• Provides recommendations regarding the evolution of systems and processes.
• Responds to inquiries and provides advice to the members regarding current and potential system inputs, processes, and outputs.
• Negotiates plans and timeframes, ensuring that clients understand the anticipated result.
• Satisfies data sampling, project analysis, testing verification, and other user requests from existing client databases.
• Acts as liaison with financial information and/or outside vendors to support relevant systems.
• Maintains current understanding of industry standards, trends, and best practices through industry and other professional networks.
• Collaborates with management to ensure the needs of the client have been met.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum three years in finance or other analytical role
• Food service experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
