SUMMARY
The Member Returns Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient and accurate execution of member returns processes. This includes supervising Member Returns Analysts, conducting research on supplier-level variances, managing payment corrections, and ensuring the timely resolution of inquiries. Research involves utilizing multiple proprietary and commonplace software platforms. The manager plays a crucial role in providing leadership, support, and training to the team, fostering continuous improvement. Additionally, they contribute to the development and implementation of new software platforms and create training materials for team members.

Directly reports to VP of Rebate Management ; Member Returns Analysts report to the Member Returns Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting research and knowledge of the Foodservice Industry is preferred. Proven analytical ability and focus on timely resolution of issues is required. Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office required. Experience working in AS/400 and Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus. Proven leadership skills, written and oral communication skills, and customer service orientation required.
