Were looking for an Senior Product Manager to join our Enterprise Technology team. This team is responsible for building the internal engines that power our global supply chain of physical and digital products.This team works closely with customer service, warehouse staff, and market leads in many countries to support Unicitys growth.
What youll do

Drive desired outcomes and optimize user experience by supporting projects through problem definition, shaping, prototyping, development, release, and maintenance

Engage in product discovery process through weekly interviewing, research, and other activities, eventually maturing to the level where you can independently lead product discovery efforts for one or more of our internal tools

Help write user stories and answer developer questions on new functionality

Be the product expert: Perform customer service duties for new product launches and help users troubleshoot errors

Produce help center articles and video tutorials for new software features

Use analytics tools to find insights on users

Be responsible for hitting the key performance indicators in your area of charge

Travel (occasionally) to other markets to create relationships with stakeholders
