Technical Product Manager
Passport Technology is a leading developer of technology-based solutions and services for the highly-regulated payments, gaming, and financial services markets. The company's product portfolio includes redemption kiosks, quasi-cash, check warranty, ATM, digital payments, cash and cashless integrations, casino automation, regulatory compliance solutions, bank-sponsored transaction processing, merchant services, server and web-based analytics, agnostic application management systems, and interactive content and loyalty services.
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to add to our team as a Product Manager for our Loyalty Services. You have experience as a Product Manager in the Casino Loyalty space. You good working knowledge of project estimation techniques and the ability to motivate and inspire your team. You possess strong communication and decision-making skills.
Positions Available:
- Las Vegas, NV
Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and write user stories to drive the development team through the agile process
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver the product against defined timelines
- Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
- Support Sales and Marketing with customer demos, tradeshows, and product knowledge
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or related field
- 5 Years managing a product working side by side with R&D to develop and launch preferred
- Proven leadership, decision making, and organization skills
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

- Experience in Casino Loyalty
