UNC Health Rex is a 660-bed, not-for-profit hospital that began serving Raleigh and the surrounding communities in 1894. The HR Specialist is an onsite position supporting UNC Rex HR operations and provides an exciting opportunity to partner with our HR Business Partner team to drive HR initiatives. This role will provide support with running, manipulating, and analyzing HR reports, monitoring workforce trends related to retention and turnover, developing PowerPoints for senior level presentations, processing HR transactions, and providing administrative support to the HR Director and CHRO. This role requires a minimum of intermediate Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills.
The schedule will be onsite, Monday – Thursday each week (32 hours a week).
