Summary:
The Director, Human Resources position reports to the Vice President of Strategy & Communications for UNC Health Nash, leading HR strategies that support the strategic plan and business objectives to enhance organizational effectiveness. Directs a team of leaders in Talent Acquisition, Talent Retention and Talent Development, and other operational areas as assigned. Responsible for UNC Health Nash’s risk and compliance in all areas of federal, state, local laws, and Joint Commission requirements in relation to Human Resources, and in partnership with UNC Health Nash’s Compliance Officer.
