Summary:
The Learning, Training and Development (LTD) Coordinator facilitates and completed routine training and development tasks in the organization’s Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Through auditing, communication and outreach, the LTD Coordinator ensures the accurate retention of records regarding employees’ required credentials, training and mandatory education. The LTD coordinator also collaborates with partners at local and regional educational partners to coordinate on-site training rotations for currently enrolled students, ensuring that all formal educational visits meet documented standards.
Responsibilities:
• Updates and maintains records in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to reflect documented job credential requirements (such as certifications or licensure) and ensure they are met.
• Audits HRIS records to ensure reportability and accuracy of documented licensure and credential requirements, as well as documentation of the completion of these requirements.
• Notifies leaders of shortfalls in training/certification and associated information. Assists with acquisition of documentation and input of records into HRIS.
• Reviews and approves identification, checks and validation of personal information for visiting students, such as background checks and vaccination screening status
• Collaborates with educational partners to develop and improve new and existing clinical rotation programs.
• Serve as point of contact for vendors, staff and users of Pardee’s employee educational rotation / visit management HRIS tool.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
• Associate’s degree in Human Resources or other comparable field, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Experience working with spreadsheets, databases or other table data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheeting tools, including simple formulas and VLOOKUP.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
Preferred
• Experience with advanced functions of Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools, such as complex formulas, PivotTables, mail merges, form creation, and macros.
• Experience working in a human resources setting.
