Hiring Salary Range: $42,000-$44,000
Position Description: The Case Manager II position is responsible for engaging UMOM's clients to build rapport and provide direct case management support and advocacy with a continued eye toward skill building, resource connection, and employment, with the goal of assisting clients in identifying, obtaining, and maintaining permanent housing. Case Manager II is the primary point of contact for community providers ensuring collaboration across service sectors.

Background Screens-
This position requires the selected candidate to have the ability to obtain, maintain and possess a valid Arizona Department of Public Safety Class One Fingerprint Clearance Card (FPCC). If the selected candidate does not currently possess an FPCC, UMOM will cover the cost of obtaining a card post-hire.
In addition, all UMOM employees must pass a background screen through the Department of Child Safety (DCS) Central Registry Processes.
Drug Screening-
Due to the required travel, this position is considered a safety sensitive position. All new hires must successful pass the required drug screens.
