```Duties```
- Manage a caseload of clients and provide support throughout the legal process
- Conduct initial client interviews to gather necessary information
- File and maintain client documents and records in an organized manner
- Assist with document management, gather medical records and bills
- Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and other professionals involved in the case
- Utilize legal case management software, such as filevine to track case progress
- Prepare and draft legal correspondence and other case-related documents
- Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times
```Requirements```
- Previous experience working as a case manager or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using document management systems and other relevant software
- Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with data entry processes and accuracy in data input
Bilingual in spanish is preferred.
