Ultimus Fund Solutions is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist Near Cincinnati, OH

SUMMARYThe Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment activities including sourcing, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, negotiating salaries, extending job offers, etc. for direct hire positions for Ultimus Fund Solutions. Additionally, this role will assist the Manager, Talent Acquisition in creating strategic recruitment plans, develop relationships with potential candidates, recruit both active and passive candidates and continually work to develop and improve the Ultimus recruitment processes. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESRESPONSIBILITIESManages full recruitment lifecycle process for open roles.Sources candidates from a variety of online tools and networks.Evaluates applicants, screens candidates to determine eligibility, conducts initial phone screens, and collaborates with hiring managers on follow-up interviews.Posts new vacancies.Performs outreach activities via social media (i.e., LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and professional organizations in candidate searches.Attends career fairs and assists in university recruitment efforts.Supports successful candidate onboarding.Partners with recruitment team to support diversity in recruitment efforts and supporting company-wide initiatives.Uses applicant tracking system and other recruiting software to track and manage applicants through the recruitment and selection process. Continually updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; internal company and team trainings; maintains personal networks; participates in professional development opportunities.Travels 25% of the time.WORKING RELATIONSHIPSMentors associates through instruction, coaching, providing real-time on-the-job experiences, modeling effective practices, and advising on methods used.Contact with applicants regarding general information, recruiting process inquiries, etc.Contact with members of team and internal teams regarding follow-up on inquiries, open workflow, etc.May perform other duties as required and assigned. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSA’s)KNOWLEDGEFamiliar with HR systems, specifically Dayforce.Microsoft Office Suite.Adobe Acrobat.SKILLS AND ABILITIESOrganizes and prioritizes work assignments and projects.Excellent client service skills with an aptitude for maintaining strong intercompany relationships.Dedication and motivation to achieve a high standard of professionalism.Troubleshoots issues utilizing creative and critical thinking skills.Multitasking, analytical, and organizational skills.Initiative-taking, strategic, and meticulous approaches with a strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.Demonstrates personal integrity, responsibility, and accountability.Effectively uses resources such as time and information in conjunction with associates.Participates in solving problems and making decisions.Presents and expresses ideas and information, written and oral, clearly, and concisely.Actively listens to others to achieve understanding and supports an open exchange of ideas and information.Identifies needs, arranges for, and obtains resources to accomplish individual and department goals.Establishes and develops effective working relationships with associates and clientele during both favorable and unfavorable situations.Modifies team and individual priorities and deadlines in response to added information, changing conditions, or unexpected obstacles and ensures completion. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEUndergraduate in human resources, psychology, or related field.3 - 5 years of experience in recruitment or related background.Equivalent education, experience, and KSA’s will be considered.
