The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a vital role on the Talent Team by sourcing, attracting, recruiting, and driving the interest of experienced candidates through innovating and executing recruiting initiatives and recruiting efforts to increase the pipeline of experienced candidates.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will immediately begin the coordination and execution of experienced hire recruiting program initiatives by providing an exceptional candidate experience and by delivering a high level of customer service, outcome-focused support, and project coordination through the talent acquisition lifecycle. Success will be measured by your ability to source, attract, and assess applicants as you will be challenged to communicate and work effectively in a team environment, while also working independently to innovate and execute cutting edge recruiting strategies enabling Barnes Dennig to select the best talent.
