Qualifications:

• Proficiency in logistics and inventory systems with at least three years of supervisory or managerial experience
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to foster positive relationships with stakeholders
• Thorough understanding of company products and logistics
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Physical capability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds
• Relocation to Lake Forest, CA 92630 required before starting work

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of supply chain management, including carrier selection, shipping methods, budget assessment, and storage organization
• Supervise warehouse inventory and staff, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Set inventory levels based on sales history and manage inventory effectively
• Hire, train, and evaluate departmental supervisors
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and maintain necessary resources for an efficient supply chain
• Develop and maintain detailed inventories of materials and supplies
• Analyze current procedures and suggest improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and profitability
• Negotiate prices with suppliers, vendors, and shipping companies
• Participate in product development team meetings, providing guidance on supply availability and cost
• Monitor supplier performance and qualify new suppliers as needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned
