Ultimate Staffing is Hiring an Export coordinator Near Houston, TX
Ultimate Staffing is looking to hire an operations export coordinator immediately in the NW Houston area. Please apply ASAP as interviews are currently underway!
Job duties include :
- Booking space with ocean carriers
- Preparing and sending booking confirmations
- Notify other locations of pending shipments
- Obtaining and securing equipment
- Arranging plant appointments for loading containers
- Troubleshoot logistic problems with loading and delivering shipments
- Document preparation
Qualifications include :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required
- Experience in transportation or logistics industry
