Ocean Export Coordinator

Duties:

- Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's export business
- Identify new markets and potential customers for export opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale with overseas buyers
- Coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of products to international destinations
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and risks
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team on international sales strategies
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for the export department

Skills:

- Proven experience in export management or related field
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and documentation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with international clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
