Customer Service Representative Job Posting

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Ultimate Staffing is seeking a dedicated candidate to join an established client's team as a Customer Service Representative in Columbia, MD.

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity and the pay is between $19 / hour and $21 / hour based upon experience.

Responsibilities :

Customer Interaction : Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner.Address inquiries, provide information, and resolve concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs effectively.

Order Processing : Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.Track order status and communicate updates to customers.

Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery.

Issue Resolution : Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.Work collaboratively with internal teams to find solutions.

Ensure follow-up to confirm resolution and customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge : Develop a strong understanding of our construction products and services.Provide product information and recommendations to customers.

Qualifications :

Education and Experience :

• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• At least 2 years experience in customer service or a related field.

Skills and Attributes :

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.
• Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software.

Additional Requirements :

• Knowledge of construction industry products and terminology is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
