Job Description
We have an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative to join our team!
The CSR is responsible for providing assistance to the sales team and customers, ensuring customers are satisfied with the sales department's performance and order needs.
This position reports directly to the Branch Manager and the Office & Client Accounts Manager.
Responsibilities & Duties
Answer and filter incoming calls
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
Open and maintain new customer accounts
Take payment information and other pertinent information such as address, phone numbers and contact information
Recommend possible product solutions to meet customer needs or get assistance from the sales team
Assists with Will-Call window
Provide customers and sales team inventory availability and pricing through formal estimates
Provide exceptional customer experience by supplying estimates and processing orders within 24 hours along with answering emails and following up on estimates and orders
Demonstrate strong multitasking skills while working with multiple internal departments
Keep a clean and organized working environment, filing when needed
Follow up on all open orders from beginning to end while keeping the customer and sales team informed on their order status
Create and process orders in a timely manner, processing request for rush orders and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customers satisfaction
Work with internal parties to process orders in a timely manner including sales, transportation, warehouse, fabrication department and accounting
Help troubleshoot problems with customer orders, customer accounts and other related issues
Scheduling deliveries or will calls
Complete clerical and administrative duties for the sales team
Check in with management and other departments to offer help as needed
Qualifications And Skills
High School Graduate
2 years of customer service experience
CRM Software experience required
QuickBooks experience preferred
Maintains quality service by following organization standards
Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping general front office area and workstation neat; complying with company procedures, rules, and regulations.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed and keeps a positive work attitude.
Assists other departments as needed.

Pay Range : $18.00 - 22.00 / hr
Schedule
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Work Location : One location
