Job Description

We are an IT / Manufacturing company and are looking for a Sales Representative to join our growing team! 1 years of sales experience is highly preferred.

Job Duties/Description:

• Answer sales leads that are incoming through incline on website - no cold calling!
• Handling an average of 8-10 sales meetings (virtually) daily
• Complete sales presentations to prospects that convey the function, value and competitive advantage of various products
• Design quotes to each customer's unique needs.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
• Provide timely, relevant sales, promotion and follow-up
• Maintain customer profiles in the database system,
• Ensure accurate customer orders, timely follow-up and accurate reporting.
• Proactively work to grow the business by prospecting new customers.

Requirements:

• Associates Degree required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• Previous Sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Former administrative, customer service, or sales support experience is required
• Proficiency in MS Office, Zoom, HubSpot, and Salesforce is a plus
• Must have a professional work space from home, and professionally dressed
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
• Able to work a flexible schedule due to time zone differences

Additional Info:

• Pay range: $50K base Commission (based off of % of sales deals closed) - average FYE is 80k minimum
• Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
• Type: Direct Hire
