Job Description

Position: Front Desk Receptionist

Location: San Diego, CA

Pay Rate: $20 to $25 per an hour

Schedule: Onsite, Monday - Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and guests
• Maintain visitor log
• Screen phones calls and route to the appropriate party
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
• Prepare memos, letters, reports, and outgoing correspondence
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail
• Support the marketing department with administrative tasks
• Provide support in special events and meetings as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 3-5 years of front desk administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Strong communication skills
