Goldn Bloom, Cannabis Dispensary is a small business in San Diego, CA. We are professional, fast-paced and social.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors and patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals

- Check ID's upon arrival and check-in patients
- Fulfill online orders through WeedMaps and provide customer support
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns

Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) or similar office software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
