Hours: 20 hours per week; Monday Friday, 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Pay Rate: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour

Education: High School diploma/GED required

As a Receptionist, you will:

Perform a variety of administrative and accounting tasks including data entry, reporting and tracking information for program management as well as maintaining accounts payable and receivable duties, and provides reception support. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Answer telephones, greet visitors and track ingress of visitors for safety purposes.
• Maintain tracking sheets that support Accounting using Excel or other tracking system.
• Develop spreadsheets and work with accounting programs, various computer programs and Information Systems.
• Maintain reports of approved drivers and investigate irregularities.
• Manage and facilitate company cell phones and wireless card accounts. Work with staff to provide new phones, track usage and validate account records to match invoice.
• Prepare a variety of material such as interoffice communications, correspondence, input data and statistics for tracking and reporting, and reports of a routine or special nature.
• Act as the central point of contact for calendars and resource scheduling.
• Maintain common area spaces such as, kitchen and conference space and ensures space is neat and tidy.

Additional Qualifications and Skills

• Two or more years administrative support experience to include a high level of demonstrated organizational and communication skills
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office, specifically Word and Excel (intermediate level)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential
• Bilingual Spanish preferred, but not required
• Ability to pass criminal/background clearance

The Adult Outpatient programs (AOP) provide behavioral health services including psychiatric and clinical assessment, treatment planning, ongoing medication services, individual and group counseling, case management, crisis intervention, mobile outreach, vocational support, peer support and older adult outreach. We deliver fully integrated services to adult clients diagnosed with a serious mental illness, as well as individuals with co-occurring, mental health, and substance use disorders.

Jane Westin Center is a full-time urgent psychiatric walk-in center that provides screening, triage, clinical and psychiatric assessment, medication support, and discharge planning.

All of our outpatient programs also provide full-time walk-in services. Our programs utilize evidence-based practices to assist our clients in reaching their goals and to live the highest quality of life while managing their mental illness.
