Job Description

We are working with an international industrial manufacturer to find an experienced Procurement Assistant. This is anticipated to be a 3-6 month contract, minimum **This opportunity has the potential to go permanent depending on business needs.

Hybrid: Tuesday & Wednesday in office

Duties:

· Pull data and update data within S4.

· Work with Indirect Procurement Specialist on our harmonization and material group project.

· Run reports within S4 and work with users to get items cleaned up.

· Help with creating PO's so that the Indirect Procurement Specialist can focus on Procuring packaging items and vendor relationships.

· Assist with creating PR's/PO's when there is no business unit owner defined.

· Work closely with Cash Management to streamline processes.

· Invoice auditing/payment.

Profile:

· SAP experience is preferred, must be proficient in Excel.

· Experience working with procurement department is a plus.

· Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, agriculture, or related industry is a plus.

· Experience with PO's, PR's and invoicing.
