Description:
* Manage program administration for HR responsibilities and compliance.
* Maintain effective employee relations and handle employee issues.
* Support benefits administration, including enrollment, education, and claims resolution.
* Participate in recruitment and ensure complete onboarding.
* Perform employee transactions in ADP Workforce Now.
* Manage leave administration, keep personnel files up-to-date, and stay current with procedures.
* Assist with Affirmative Action programs and Worker Compensation claims.
* Participate in meetings/seminars, and assist with audits.
* Contribute to a continuous improvement culture, providing recommendations for enhancements.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree is required, PHR/SHRM is a plus
* 3 years of HR experience in an office setting
* Experience in the HEALTHCARE industry is strongly preferred
* Proficiency in MS Office is required, ADP Workforce Now is a plus
Miscellaneous Info:
* Pay: $60,000 to $70,000
* Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm - flexible as long as you hit 40 hrs/week (hours the office is open = 6a to 6p)
* Location: Hybrid - 3x in office
