Job Description
HR Assistant 2904
$25.00-$27.00 per hour
Full Time/ 7am-4pm,M-F/OT
Ontario, California
This job mainly involves supporting employees, getting them started with the company, and finding new employees. You may also help with general tasks and answer questions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Helping the HR team with administrative tasks
- Updating a few reports
- Supporting employee relations
- Assisting with payroll
- Keeping in touch with vendors and staffing firms
- Helping with new employee processes
- Welcoming new hires
- Hiring new employees
- Doing other tasks as needed
Requirements
-High School Diploma/GED
-5 years of working experience in human resources
-Microsoft Office, Excel/Pivot tables
-Bilingual Spanish preferred
