RESPONSIBILITIES
* Preparing and entering invoices, including follow up with Project Managers
* Opening and distributing the mail and e-mails
* Monthly inventory tracking
* Reconciliation of monthly credit card and vendor statements
* Processing of Lien Waivers
* Filing
* Reception duties
* AP Processing
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE IN
* Office administration
* Spreadsheets, especially Excel
* General understanding of Accounting/Bookkeeping
* And be punctual, organized, self-disciplined and a good problem solver
BENEFITS
This position is 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday in office. Relaxed dress code. Benefits include medical, dental, vision and 401k and 3 weeks paid vacation annually.
