Health Wellness Center is Hiring a Spa Front Desk & Concierge Near Seattle, WA

We are looking to find a self-starter who is passionate about small businesses and helping them grow!

*At least 1 weekend day availability is a must*

If so, we want to meet you! As a wellness specialist on our team, you will support the growth of the entire business, and act as a face of the brand in-spa to our clients, providing exceptional customer experience and sales.

A PLUS: We do our own laundry and have additional hours to give someone to do wash and fold at the laundromat near our spa. Must have reliable car and smart phone.

What we are looking for:

You are passionate about driving membership sales, being a part of a team but understand your crucial individual role in the company, and are passionate about creating a first-class client experience. You are a part of the community, operations, and people. You have strong assessment, customer service, communication, and business acumen skills as well as provide in-the-moment and ongoing feedback for your team. You work closely with the leadership team on a daily basis to ensure the business is operating in a profitable and successful manner. This includes but is not limited to, client experience, client flow, contributing to sales goals and deadlines, upholding cleanliness in the business and more.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Calm under pressure, we are a high-paced company and are looking to add someone to our team who is comfortable managing multiple projects. This includes periods of high volume, often times as an individual employee.
  • Communicate and live all we do and uphold our principles in everything you do.
  • Sales are a main focus, both personally and as a team.
  • Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment, schedule, and customers for cues. Communicate information to the manager so that the team can respond as necessary to create the best experience.
  • Executes operational assignments during scheduled shifts. Leverages functional systems consistently to support the delivery of a great customer experience.
  • Drive personal sales goals and contribute to the team sales goals.
  • Provide high-level customer service and exceptional hospitality to handle client issues and concerns in a positive and timely manner.
  • Available to work flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, weekends.
  • Client Retention: We strive to create an experience that will excite people about their first time and encourage their continued loyalty.
  • Maintain the culture and community.
  • Promoting an environment of true teamwork, prioritizing tasks, and managing store workload
  • Maintaining a clean space at all times, both front of the house, and back of the house.
  • Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1-3 years of sales and customer service experience is strongly preferred.
  • A love for customer service and creating a great client experience
  • Strong communication skills — must be able to set clear expectations and give/receive feedback clearly and effectively.
  • Must be organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in the moment
  • Clean and organized
  • Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous
  • People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects
  • Adaptable/flexible -- enjoy doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
  • Achievement-oriented -- enjoys taking on challenges, even if they might fail
