Job Duties/Description:

• Assist National Account Executives with admin support tasks
• Prepare all stages of projects and manage change order quotes
• Communicate with clients to schedule installation projects, audits, etc.
• Assist the sales team with administrative functions related to sales activities
• Manage Oracle/Salesforce/Proposal Tool uploads and data entry
• Provide Purchase Order (PO) reconciliation support
• Create and maintain folders on Shared Drive
• Assist other departments as needed

Requirements:

• 1 - 3 years of office experience (administrative assistant, office assistant, sales support, etc)
• 2-year degree required; 4-year degree preferred
• Experience working with RFP's and/or RFQ's is a plus
• Salesforce or Oracle Experience is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel)
• Strong customer service skills
• Exceptionally detail oriented
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Additional Info:

• Pay range: $50,000 to $60,000 depending on experience level
• Schedule: M-F, flexible hours (average employee works 8-5, but you can work any schedule you'd like as long as you hit the 40 hours/week)
• Location: In office to start and then open to discuss
• Type: Direct Hire with full benefits
