Qualifications:

Shared Responsibilities:
· Two years of customer service experience, including call handling, email correspondence, troubleshooting, and processing compliments or complaints.
· Product knowledge to support order processing via web, phone, and other portals, including EDI operations.
· Generating and managing order and shipping reports in Excel.
· Addressing other departmental needs as required.
