Kerma Direct Sales Division, based in Miramar, Florida, manages the delivery of Rehabilitation Equipment and Supplies, Diagnostic Equipment, Durable Medical Equipment (DME), Exam Room Tables, Chairs, Cabinetry, Infant Care, Stretchers, and Operating Room Stainless Equipment and many other products. This division streamlines the ordering and invoice process for customers by allowing them the convenience of ordering an array of products from one location. Our customers receive a quality product, with competitive pricing, delivered on time, and excellent customer service. The Direct Sales Division has carved out a niche market based on Direct Customer Sales and Drop Ship Processing, to establish a “Healthcare Resource Center”.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing services and support to customers, by providing information on products, orders in process and other information, and assisting in resolving customer service problems. Provides support to customers on orders from initial contact to ensuring that all servicing needs of the customer are met. This includes but is not limited to processing orders, providing price quotes, assisting with returns.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process & confirm orders received by phone, fax, email and EDI, within 24 hours of receipt
Provide information on products such as:
Notify customers of changes, discrepancies and delays with the orders
Status of orders, tracking information and proof of deliveries
Pricing, cross-references and quotes
Submit Credit Transaction Request for:
Return Authorization
Credit Request
Credits and Rebills
Short Shipments
Submit new customer account forms after verifying membership status
Submit item load change form after verifying pricing, description, and UOM
Receives and documents customer complaints, and assist in resolving customer order problems
Review reports to verify on time shipments and to verify accuracy
Conducts follow up processes to respond to customer needs
Maintains files for all sales orders
Maintain effective communication skills between co-workers and management
Performs other duties (special projects) assigned by manager, as needed
Must have a “can-do” attitude
Adheres to all company policies and procedures in addition to Division specific guidelines
Maintain a minimum Standard Guideline of 40 Orders, 20 Phone Calls, 0 Pending daily.
Perform all duties on a daily basis and in a timely manner.
MIMINUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
· High School graduate with at least 1 year College Level (Associates degree preferred) and a minimum of 3 years of related experience, or a Combination of Education and Experience.
Knowledge/ Skills/Abilities:
· High Level Ability to Analyze Processes and Perform Tasks
· Proficient Computer and Computer Software Skills (i.e. Microsoft Suite)
· Exceptional Attention to Detail and Proactive in Accurate Task Completion
· Exceptional Phone Etiquette and Excellent Communication Skills
· Solid Understanding of Customer Services Processes
· Proficient with 10 key calculators
· Results Driven, Face Pace, Team Environment
· Excellent Time Management Skills and Multi-Task Skills
· Ability to maintain Confidentiality Information
Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to sit in stationary position for extended periods of time
· Must be able to lift up to 5 lbs.
