Customer Service Representative
Ultimate Staffing is working with an established company in the construction industry who is seeking a Customer Service Rep to join their dynamic office with great perks like dog friendly, coffee bar, and a hybrid schedule!
Location: Jessup, MD
Pay: $17 - $20 hourly based on experience
Schedule: 3 days in office and 2 days remote
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with 1 hour lunch break
Responsibilities:
Make a large volume of outbound calls to schedule installation appointments.
Update installation callendar.
Document all interactions with customers in CRM system.
Update departments with any changes to appointments.
Requirements:
Effective and clear phone communication.
Proficient in Microsoft word, Outlook, and CRM systems.
Excellent customer service skills.
Positive attitude and work well within a team environment.
