A detailed list of responsibilities of the job is as follows:

• Process/fulfill customer orders (POs, PIs, & PTs).
• Perform various data entries: update CS department databases such as open PO tracker, quotations, reports, write formal letters, create templates, etc.
• Process / Respond to Customer Service Tickets daily.
• Send weekly PO updates to customers.
• Answer any questions the customers may have. (Inquire with our China Team for answers you can not acquire internally, always check with team members first)
• Prepare for trade shows by filling out sheets, packing and weighing them, etc.
• Travel to trade shows as needed.
• Complete weekly work reports.
• Comfortable providing leadership and implementing /enforcing best practices (policies) to other associates in the department.
• Complete monthly presentations.
• Fill in for other team members when needed: perform their usual duties when they are out of the office / unavailable.
• Weekly and monthly cleaning of office and workstations.
• Other office duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
• This can be a supervisory position based on your qualifications.

**Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to check your emails and make a few phone calls after business hours, and they are not subject to overtime pay. Emails should be checked at least twice after business hours every day.**

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
