Job Description

Primary Job Duties Include:

Interfacing with customers via email or telephone, entering customer purchase orders and service orders into our ERP software, preparing quotes, providing technical assistance and follow up directly with customers, recommend products to fit customer needs, other duties as assigned.

• Qualifications:2- 3 years Customer Service Experience
• Positive phone etiquette
• Enthusiasm and must exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize duties
• Organized and able to handle high level of detail in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Excellent customer service skills with ability to build relationships
