Job Description

We are currently looking for Administrative Assistant to join our amazing clients in Auburn, CA.

Full Time: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Pay Rate: $24.00/$26.00hr

Responsibilities:
* Provides administrative support with data entry, related to customer accounts
* Handing customer enquiries and updating customer information
* Communicating with suppliers and developing relationships
* Reviewing invoices & purchase orders
* Give high attention to detail

Qualifications:
* 3 Years Administrative Experience or related field
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to multitask
* Type 45 wpm
