This job is for an Administrative Assistant (position number 2904 who will assist departments administrative support related to projects and meetings. Other duties include managing office space, inputting program surveys and files, handling logistics of meetings, conducting routine administrative tasks, and maintaining records and filing systems. Location: Corona, CA
To be eligible for this role, you must have a High School diploma or GED, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
You must also have a minimum of 5-10- years of professional experience, with at least five years' office/administrative assistant experience
Previous experience in construction or homebuilding preferred.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, high attention to detail, and a customer service orientation.
You should also be willing to work in a team environment and respond to the needs of multiple constituencies.
Proficiently operate standard office equipment, including computer hardware and software applications. (i.e., Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Windows, PowerPoint, and Access).
Record minutes from meetings and prepare program reports and correspondence
