Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

* Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our brokers' team.

* Ensure contracts adhere to specific guidelines and oversee their execution.

* Manage the onboarding process for new vendors, facilitating efficient payment and invoice processing.

* Coordinate the transportation of physical commodities bought and sold.

* Generate purchase orders, sales contracts, assist with invoicing, and handle payment processing.

* Manage paper flow, ensuring accurate preparation and retention of all required documentation.

* Input new vendors into Salesforce during onboarding, completing necessary paperwork.

* Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel to support brokers.

* Prepare and edit various documents, including correspondence, communications, and presentations.

* Collaborate closely with clients, merchandisers, and the operations team on day-to-day activities and transactions related to contracts, accounts payable (A/P), and accounts receivable (A/R).

Requirements:

* Preferably 1 years of administrative experience.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

* Professional presentation and a positive attitude.

* Exceptionally organized, with financial acumen and strong multitasking abilities.

Additional Info:

· Pay range: $22-$26/hr

· Schedule: Standard business hours

· Location: 100% in office
