Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Development Representative at LTT Partners located in Bend, OR. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication, sales, and business development. They will work closely with the Sales team to find and qualify new leads, and build and maintain relationships with prospects.

What you’ll be doing...
With your entry level sales experience you will have the opportunity to use your excellent customer service skills, and excitement for technology, you'll offer exceptional and innovative business solutions that help businesses connect. Your primary objective will be making cold calls throughout the day. You will find new opportunities and schedule appointments for the sales team.
You will be Understanding customers needs and setting up appointments to address business technology needs from a range of areas - Wireless & Mobility, Physical Security, Low Voltage Electrical, Cloud Voice Data, and fleet management products.
Identifying and qualifying prospects within respective territory to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling and company provided campaigns.
Organizing Daily, weekly, monthly activities through G-Suite applications
Tracking and reporting prospects in a 30, 60, 90 day funnel, as well as managing new customer relationships.
This is a position to grow into an Account Executive role.

You’ll need to have:
A willingness and humility to learn the process.
A smartphone, and reliable internet
High School Diploma
2 or more years of relevant work experience.
Pass a basic background check.
Willingness to work from home, and optional office.
Willingness to travel on rare occasions.
Even better if you have:
A bachelor's degree.
Business acquisition experience, including prospecting/cold calling.
Two or more years of business-to-business or outside sales experience.
SaaS sales experience.
Technology sales and educational experience.
Experience with sales force or a client management tool.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to drive sales teams.
Strong over the phone skills, as well as face to face presentation skills.
Aptitude for acquiring sales skills and product knowledge.
Proven ability to create and maintain strong business relationships with all levels of client organizations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
Willingness to evaluate current strategies and quickly transform when necessary.
Experience with contract negotiations, negotiation of deals and working with Finance for contracts.
