The UHS Corporate Human Resource Department is hiring a Senior Compensation Analyst to provide advanced analytical expertise to support the planning, design, development, and administration of the UHS compensation programs both at the corporate office and for field locations. The role will interface regularly with HR colleagues and all levels of management within the organization to ensure effectiveness of compensation policies, guidelines, and programs in support of the retention, attraction, and motivation of employees.
